Meet the Owners
Jake Morris
Jake is the planner and the business operations mind behind Northrock. He takes care of building out the project budgets, finalizing specification, contract administration, building timeline and process etc. He has experience with running multiple construction trade related businesses and also managing over 100+ home builds; as well as plenty of hands-on site experience. Jake is the go to guy for organizing everything Northrock; both in the office and on the site. You will also find Jake on site hands-on completing project scope.
Luke Flaming
Luke is a walking encyclopedia for everything home building and renovation. He has been around home building and renovation since flip phones were cool and then some.. He is Northrocks on-site project lead and the guy ensuring that every project goes according to project contract and agreed upon scope and thoughtfully communicates with the customer when it doesn’t. He ensures quality control and also completes much of the project scope with his own grizzled hands. He has a very friendly and caring demeanor but at the same time keeps our team on task and within Northrocks quality expectations.
